Residents at The Colonnade only have to pay for any cable or internet service they choose.  WC Smith will handle everything else.  All utilities are included!

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance does not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.
